Vietnam sets up Cyberspace Combat Command
Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the top leaders of the Ministry of Defense have just announced the decision to set up the cyberwar Command.

Alps snow strands thousands of tourists in Switzerland

Skiing is not possible as slopes are closed because of the risk of avalanches.
More than a metre (39in) of snow fell in parts on Monday alone.
On Tuesday, a metre more is forecast.
The avalanche risk is set at the rarely used maximum on a five-point scale. This is the highest it has been for almost 10 years.
Paris kosher store destroyed by fire on attack anniversary
Officials in France are investigating a suspected arson attack on a kosher grocery store in a suburb of the capital, Paris.
The incident took place on the third anniversary of a deadly attack by an Islamist gunman on a kosher supermarket in Paris.
The burned grocery store was recently defaced with Nazi swastikas.
It comes amid fears among France's Jewish community about high levels of anti-Semitism.
The Promo & Destock store in the southern suburb of Créteil was completely destroyed by the fire in the early hours of Tuesday.

A US judge has blocked attempts by the White House to end a programme barring the deportation of children brought illegally to the US by parents.

A Japanese astronaut has apologised for wrongly stating he has grown 9cm (3.5in) since arriving at the International Space Station (ISS) just over three weeks ago.
Norishige Kanai said in fact he grew by 2cm, blaming "a measurement mistake".
"I'm very sorry for tweeting out such fake news," he tweeted in Japanese.

German war graves found at construction site in Estonia
The remains of some 100 German soldiers have been found during excavation works for the construction of a memorial in Estonia's capital Tallinn.
The site is believed to be part of a German military cemetery from World War Two. Experts say the bodies were buried separately and not in a mass grave.
Archaeologists will remove the remains which will be reburied at a nearby German military cemetery.
The new memorial is being dedicated to victims of communism.
Between 3,000 and 4,000 German soldiers and officers were buried in the area during World War Two, said Peep Reisser, counsellor at the Estonian War Museum, which is overseeing the construction.
"Probably it's just the corner of the old cemetery so we can't say if more remains will be found," he told the BBC.
Work at the site of the discovery has been interrupted and archaeologists will search the area.

US Havana embassy: New inquiry into Cuba staff sickness
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has ordered a new inquiry into health problems suffered by diplomats serving at the US embassy in the Cuban capital Havana.
President Donald Trump has previously blamed the Cuban government for the mystery illnesses.
Reports suggest sonic attacks were to blame but nothing has been proven.
Cuba says there have been no sonic attacks against US embassy staff in Havana.
It describes the allegations as a "political manipulation" aimed at damaging bilateral relations.
Over a period of 18 months, 24 Americans including diplomats and family members suffered a range of symptoms including hearing loss, dizziness, fatigue, cognitive issues and sleep loss.
The problems were so prevalent the US decided to pull out most of its staff in the autumn, leaving just a skeleton operation.
