Ông Trương Gia
Bình, Trưởng ban, được dẫn lời nói tại buổi lễ ra mắt chiều tối 30/10 rằng trước
mắt sẽ chọn ba lĩnh vực ưu tiên là nông nghiệp, du lịch và công nghệ thông tin.
"Nếu thất bại
chúng tôi sẽ mất uy tín, doanh nghiệp sẽ không trông cậy được chúng tôi. Vì vậy
chúng tôi rất mong sự hỗ trợ của doanh nghiệp và các anh, các chị," ông
Bình, Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Phần mềm và Dịch vụ công nghệ thông tin việt Nam, Phó
Chủ tịch Hội đồng Tư vấn Cải cách Thủ tục Hành chính, nói.
Ông Bình cũng nói
thêm rằng ông kỳ vọng "bằng cách nào đó" để vai trò đóng góp của kinh
tế tư nhân "từ 40% GDP hiện nay lên 60%".
Cuộc thử nghiệm

of England believes that up to 75,000 jobs could be lost in financial services
following Britain's departure from the European Union.

understand senior figures at the Bank are using the number as a

man held over bodies and severed heads in flat
Japanese
police have arrested a man after finding parts of nine bodies in his apartment
in Zama, near Tokyo.
Police
found two severed heads in a cold-storage container outside the flat of the
suspect, named as Takahiro Shiraishi, while investigating the disappearance of
a woman.
They also
found the body parts of seven other people, also stored in cool boxes, in his
apartment.
The
27-year-old is being held on suspicion of disposing of the bodies.

are continuing into a fatal house fire in which a father and several of his
children are feared to have died.

Catalan President Carles Puigdemont has gone to Belgium, a lawyer he has hired
there says.
The lawyer,
Paul Bekaert, said he had not gone into hiding and did not confirm whether he
would seek asylum.Spain's chief prosecutor has called for rebellion charges to
be brought against him and other organisers of Catalonia's banned independence
referendum.
The Spanish
central government took direct control of Catalonia on Monday, replacing sacked
officials.

suspended the region's autonomy and called for fresh elections after Mr
Puigdemont and his government declared independence last week.Mr Bekaert said
Mr Puigdemont was now in the Belgian capital, Brussels.

Chechen man accused of plotting to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin has
been injured and his wife killed in an attack near Ukraine's capital Kiev.
Adam
Osmayev "was wounded but will live" after a car he was in was shot
at, Ukrainian Interior Ministry adviser Anton Herashchenko said.
He said Mr
Osmayev's wife Amina Okuyeva died in the attack in Hlevaha village.
In 2012,
Russian officials said Mr Osmayev was suspected of being part of a plot by
Islamists to kill Mr Putin.
Russian
media reported at the time that the plotters were planning to plant mines on
Kutuzovsky Avenue in Moscow, used by Mr Putin on a daily basis.
Ryanair buoyant despite cancellations
Ryanair
has said it still expects to make record annual profits this year, despite

prosecutors are investigating allegations by two women who say they were raped

Palestinian militants killed as Israel hits tunnel
Seven
Palestinian militants were killed and several others injured when Israel
destroyed a tunnel running from Gaza into Israel, Palestinian officials say.
It is
understood that five of those who died were members of Islamic Jihad. The Hamas
military wing said two of its members were killed in a rescue effort.
The Israeli
military said the "terror tunnel" was still under construction when
it was "neutralised".
Israel is
using sophisticated measures to thwart tunnels dug by militants.

attack: US captures man in Libya over 2012 raid
US
forces have captured a man accused of involvement in the 2012 attack on an
American compound in the Libyan city of Benghazi, President Donald Trump said.
