Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly woman died following a collision with a cyclist in London.
Police were called at around 4.30pm on Tuesday to reports of a road traffic collision on Oxford Street.
The pedestrian, a 73-year-old woman, was taken to a central London hospital with a head injury but died in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The cyclist stopped at the scene and roads in the area were closed for several hours afterwards.
